We recently acquired an exciting, development-rich opportunity just 12 miles outside of London. The 10,000 sq ft, freehold, town centre retail parade investment is comprised of four shops, offices and residential.  Redevelopment has begun and is looking to conclude in mid-2024.

A few years ago we secured the majority stake in a boutique Italian coffee business.  Since then we have re-branded, launched our own coffee pods, opened a new shop in Mayfair and in December 2023 a flagship store on Oxford Street - the business continues to thrive.

We are pleased to have sourced and secured for a private client a 17th Century, home-counties Grade II listed hotel.  Gracing a bank of the River Thames the property is currently undergoing sensitive restoration and will open its doors commercially later in 2024.
